   The water tastes different when passed thru the filteration. So nothing to complain about. There is no way I can open it. Its a use and throw product.

   This looks ok. Got it installed myself. Only point, the carbon filter should not make much sound if the particles are tightly filled in. This one seems to be half full, but serves the purpose.
